13 NCAC 12 .0803             SCOPE OF PROMISED WAGES

For the purposes of G.S. 95-25.13, the term "promised wages" includes all forms of wages as defined in G.S. 95-25.2(16), and any policy or practice that may affect the rate, amount or payment of wages.
